01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vixxo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including customers seeking equipment repair services and service providers offering their professional services through our platform.

02 Description of Service

Vixxo operates a platform that connects businesses with qualified service providers for commercial equipment repair and maintenance. Our Service facilitates the matching, scheduling, and payment processing for these services.

Vixxo acts as an intermediary platform. We do not directly perform repair services, and service providers are independent contractors, not employees of Vixxo.

03 User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify Vixxo immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

04 Service Provider Requirements

Service providers must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and insurance coverage as specified during the qualification process. Providers agree to:

Maintain valid general liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000
Provide services in a professional and workmanlike manner
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain accurate availability and service area information

05 Customer Responsibilities

Customers using the Service agree to:

Provide accurate information about equipment issues and location
Ensure safe access to equipment and work areas
Pay for services rendered in accordance with agreed terms
Treat service providers with respect and professionalism

06 Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled through our secure payment partner, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Vixxo to charge your payment method for services rendered.

Service fees, diagnostic charges, and repair costs will be clearly communicated before work begins. Customers authorize a hold on their payment method upon work order creation, which is captured upon service completion.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vixxo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Vixxo's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Vixxo during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

08 Modifications to Terms

Vixxo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
